Terms of Use

TACGauge ("the Platform") is an AI-powered technology maturity assessment service operated by TACMinds Global ("we", "us", "our"). The Platform is available at tacgauge.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation to use TACGauge. The Platform is intended for business use only.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
• You must provide accurate information when registering or purchasing.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use TACGauge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform to conduct any unlawful activity
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in assessments
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Platform without authorisation
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security
• Impersonate another person or organisation

Payment: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise the charge to your payment method.

Assessment credits: Credits purchased are non-transferable and tied to your account. They do not expire.

Refund policy: Credits that have not been used may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@tacgauge.com. Once an assessment has been generated, that credit is consumed and non-refundable.

Subscription plans: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.

TACGauge assessment reports are generated by AI based on the responses you provide. Please understand the following:

• Reports are advisory only. They are not a substitute for professional IT, legal, compliance, or security advice.
• Accuracy depends on your inputs. The quality of the report is directly tied to the accuracy of the information you provide.
• No guarantee of completeness. The Platform covers key technology domains but may not capture every aspect of your organisation's technology environment.
• Not a certification. A TACGauge maturity score is not a regulatory certification or compliance attestation of any kind.

Our IP: All content, software, design, AI models, assessment frameworks, and report templates on TACGauge are the intellectual property of TACMinds Global. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your IP: You retain ownership of the information and data you submit through assessments. By submitting, you grant us a limited licence to use that data solely to generate your report and improve the Platform.

Report usage: You may use your generated reports for internal business purposes and for sharing with your clients. You may not resell reports as your own product or remove TACGauge branding (unless on a white-label plan).

If you are using TACGauge as a partner, reseller, or under a white-label arrangement:

• You are responsible for ensuring your end clients understand the advisory nature of assessments.
• You may not misrepresent the capabilities of the Platform to your clients.
• White-label permissions are granted only under Growth and Enterprise plans and do not permit removal of TACMinds Global as the underlying service provider in internal documentation.

TACGauge is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will be achieved by following the recommendations in a report.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TACMinds Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TACMinds Global and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. On termination, your access to the Platform will cease and unused credits may be refunded at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
